Orders are accepted once we confirm the final quote with you. Because parts are custom made, changes or cancellations after material is ordered or cutting has started may be charged for work already completed.
If parts don't match the approved files and specifications, contact us promptly and we'll make it right. Custom parts made correctly to approved specifications are not returnable.
