When you use our contact form or request a quote, we receive what you enter: your name, company, email, phone number, notes, and any files you upload (such as DXF, PDF, STEP or DWG drawings). Quote requests also include the part details and options you choose on the page.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your drawings or project details with anyone outside FAB Parts USA except as needed to complete your order, or when required by law.
Files you upload are emailed to our team so we can quote your parts. We treat customer designs as confidential and use them only for your quotes and orders. If you need a signed NDA, contact us before sending files.
The quote tool reads your DXF in your own browser to check the part and show its size and cut length. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send a quote request.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to download them; Google's own privacy policy applies to that connection.
